Meet Annelise
Founder | Breath Coach
Annelise began her teaching journey by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training in February of 2024 from Trimurti Yoga.
Expanding her understanding of healing, she completed a Trauma-Informed Conscious, Connected Breathwork training through the Sacred Breath Academy in March of 2025.
As her passion to work with people on their breathing pattern deepened, she went on to complete her Functional Breathing training through the Buteyko Clinic International in June of 2025.
She furthered her education with the Silver-Age Yoga Community Outreach accreditation as well as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher certification from Mindfulness Exercises.
She is currently in the Advanced Instructor and Breathing for Yoga training with Oxygen Advantage® so that she can deliver more precise, physiology-driven techniques that lead to lasting improvements in breathing mechanics and resilience to stress.
